FHCCI Fair Housing 90/Senior Housing (virtual) Workshop

In this 90 minute virtual workshop, we will discuss fair housing laws and best practices as it relates to senior housing communities. This workshop will be hosted live to allow interaction with attendees. Registration required and limited.

Anticipated topics to be discussed: senior housing definitions for compliance, advertising do's and don'ts, common forms of discrimination, reasonable accommodations and modifications, and more! Focus will include rental transactions.
