Presenters:
Equetta Jones is an educator, advocate, and parent who currently serves as the Assistant Principal of Highlands Elementary School in Wilmington, Delaware. Equetta was named an NAESP National Outstanding Assistant Principal of the Year by the Delaware Association of School Administration in 2018.

Joseph Macrino is currently in his second year as Principal of Oswegatchie Elementary School in Waterford, CT. Prior to this role, he served for four years as Assistant Principal at the Lewin G. Joel Elementary in Clinton, CT where he was named an NAESP National Outstanding Assistant Principal of the Year by the Connecticut Association of Elementary Schools in 2018.

Laura Tate became the Principal at Edgewood Elementary School in July 2019. For the previous four years, she served as the Assistant Principal of Edgewood Elementary School. For the previous four years, she served as the Assistant Principal of Edgewood Elementary School. She was named an NAESP National Outstanding Assistant Principal of the Year by the Council for Leaders in Alabama Schools (CLAS) in 2018.
