Presented by: Marc Azoulay, LPC, LAC, CGP, ACS
Do you ever get the sense that your groups could be so much better, and feel more alive? Each and every moment in a group is full of potential. It’s an opportunity for members to connect with each other and to their present experience. Tapping into the present moment is a way to access the emotional, somatic and unconscious worlds within and between. Join Marc Azoulay, LPC, LAC, CGP as we explore the concept of Immediacy in the group process. By attending this workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to develop as a clinician by learning both cognitively and experientially. This workshop is brought to you in collaboration with the Four Corners Group Psychotherapy Society.
1. Be able to both define and experience Immediacy as it relates to group process
2. Apply the concept of Immediacy to your current groups with specific interventions
3. Participate in a group process that will help you to tolerate the intensity of immediate feelings
