Colleen Bratkovich, Equire (Partner @Zacharia Brown)
Colleen is a Partner at Zacharia Brown and practices in the areas of Medicaid Planning and Eligibility, Veterans’ Benefits, Asset Protection Planning and related Estate Planning and Estate Administration issues. She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. She is also accredited by the Veteran’s Administration to represent Veterans in their claims before the Department. Colleen received her undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University and her law degree from Duquesne University. She is a member of NAELA and PAELA and a frequent lecturer on Elder Law topics, including continuing education for lawyers, accountants, financial planners, nursing home administrators and social workers. Colleen can be heard broadcasting for Pittsburgh Elder Law on KDKA 1020 AM on every other Saturday at 12:00 noon.

Jennifer Derby, Esquire (Associate @Zacharia Brown)
Jennifer concentrates her practice in the areas of estate law, estate administration, trust and estate planning, and business planning for small business clients. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. Jen is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and before the PA Supreme Court and U.S. District Court for the Western District of PA. Jen is a member of the Young Leadership Board for the Western PA Parkinson’s Foundation and regularly speaks to local Parkinson’s support groups on estate planning and elder law issues and teaches estate and long term care planning courses at CCAC. Jen can be heard broadcasting for Pittsburgh Elder Law on KDKA 1020 AM every other Saturday morning. Jen has been a member of the Western PA Parkinson’s Foundation Half Marathon charity team for the last two years.
