This course offers an in-depth analysis of the practical implications of the Migration Amendment (Regulation of Migration Agents) Bill 2019, also known as the “Deregulation Bill”. It discusses the effect of the Bill on lawyers considering entering the migration advice industry, lawyers who already form part of that industry and registered migration agents.

Open to Australian lawyers, barristers and OMARA RMAs.

Approved OMARA CPD Activity Code: SM495 (Cat B Online Seminar). Lawyers can claim 2 hours of CPD points. RMAs will be eligible for 1 Cat B point.
