Finding Your Campfire - A Webinar Series for Newly Remote Teams

In 1-hour, develop your understanding of the dynamics of remote work, leadership and team perspectives, relationships, spaces, tempo and collaboration, as well as understanding the role of trust.

This is session 1 of 3 in the Finding Your Campfire series, designed by Julian Stodd.

Brought to you by Sea Salt Learning.

The shift to remote work is a disruptive one for many teams: the change involves uncertainty, fear, and opportunity, almost in equal measure. Without care, some people will be disadvantaged or left behind.

We have curated a series of three webinars, which take place in under a week, to cover the foundations of remote working.

SESSION 1: Foundations of Remote Working - relationships, spaces, tempo and collaboration, as well as understanding the role of trust.

SESSION 2: Building Virtual Teams - the role of social currencies, gratitude, vulnerability, and doubt.

SESSION 3: Finding Your Campfire - the importance of individual and shared (co-creative) storytelling, reinforcing team identity and momentum.

These sessions are free, and will be repeated for both European and US timezones over a sequence of weeks.
