Refreshing, inviting Vietnamese rice paper rolls make a great snack or one-dish meal. The problem is this: gathering the ingredients and manipulating the rice paper can be tricky, if you are unfamiliar with Vietnamese cooking.

Join Andrea Nguyen, a James Beard-award winning cookbook author and cooking instructor, for this online cooking class that will focus on making shrimp and mango rice paper rolls (gỏi cuốn tôm xoài) and nước chấm dipping sauce.

Andrea will discuss key ingredients and demonstrate key techniques, particularly how to manipulate and craft handsome rice paper rolls.

Want to cook along? Download the ingredient and equipment list. Gather the filling components that you want for your rolls. Be sure to have the sauce ingredients on hand, too!
