Eric Waxman is a Partner within the Ares Private Equity Group and is a member of the Partners Committee of Ares Management. He works on both the acquisition and disposition of ACOF portfolio assets and assists portfolio companies in dealing with significant legal issues. Prior to joining Ares in 2016, Eric was a Partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, where he practiced for more than 30 years. Eric holds a B.A. from the University of California Los Angeles in Economics and a J.D. from The University of California Davis School of Law.

Priya Cherian Huskins is a Partner and Senior Vice President at Woodruff Sawyer. She is a recognized expert and frequent speaker and guest lecturer on D&O liability risk and its mitigation. In addition to consulting on D&O insurance, she counsels clients on corporate governance matters, including ways to reduce their exposure to shareholder lawsuits and regulatory investigations. Priya has an impressive list of publications, speaking engagements, and awards for her influence and expertise in the industry and is the author and editor of the D&O Notebook blog. In addition to serving as a board member at Woodruff Sawyer, Priya is on the board of directors of Realty Income Corporation, (NYSE: O), NMI Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: NMIH), and Anzu Special Acquisition Corp I). Priya earned her undergraduate degree with high honors from Harvard University. She was awarded her juris doctorate with honors from the Law School at the University of Chicago.
