Brooks Executive Committee Meeting

The Brooks Development Authority’s Executive Committee Meeting scheduled for Thursday, January 7, 2021 at 11:30am will be held by video conference to consider and act upon any lawful subject which may come before said meeting, including, among other, the items listed on the agenda(s).

The meeting will be held using Zoom's video conference system and is authorized by Governor Greg Abbot's TEMPORARY suspension of certain aspects of the Texas Open Meetings Act which allows for a governing body to hold "VIRTUAL” meetings so as to avoid gathering members of the public and/or Board members in a physical setting that might constitute a public health risk.

PUBLIC COMMENTS will only be accepted in writing NO LATER THAN THIRTY (30) MINUTES in advance of the meeting by sending them to Cassandra Sanchez at: cassandra@livebrooks.com. In the body of the email, please include the date, your name, your address, phone number, agenda item # if applicable or subject of discussion, and your comments.
