The principal’s role has expanded exponentially over the past few years. “Working smarter and not harder” is becoming a worn out phrase as we all purposefully managing our time and yet the inbox is still full of tasks! In order to move a school in a more strategic direction instructionally, wise principals have learned that they cannot be a team of one. This session will explore the importance of utilizing the various work and learning styles in your building to assemble the most effective team. Gender, age, and other differences will be explored as our schools contain many various types of staff members. The most effective schools have inclusive and diverse people and practices that lead to greater results.
