Foundational Training with Jon Mangogna
Jon will be leading participants through a full-body training session teaching his unique style of Foundational Training.

No equipment or weights are required. Exercise/yoga wear is suggested *barefoot is recommended.

The workout and exercises do require a small amount of floor space for you to lunge and stretch. This training session is suitable for people of All fitness levels.

Foundation Training is a powerful postural tool rooted in biomechanics that serves as sports performance, injury prevention, and pain management all in one. It works great as an accessory to Pilates, yoga, CrossFit, martial arts, surfing, and more. In the workshop, expect to learn pertinent anatomy, how to anchor the pelvis, execute deep muscular decompression breathing, and engage & integrate broad myofascial chains to move well and feel well. Even after one session the principals can be practiced and applied in everyday life.

Jon has made healthy movement a lifetime pursuit, with 13 years of competitive Judo experience culminating in US Junior Nationals, as well as adventure sports from the time he could walk. He is CPT, TRX Certified, and Foundation Training Level 1 & 2, working closely with the company and its creator, Dr. Eric Goodman, as a liaison in Nosara, Costa Rica, and all around the world. Sharing this passion with everyone from the professional athlete, to military, leadership conferences, retreats, to the beginner surfer looking to advance, to those who are simply trying to get out of pain and climb the wellness scale.
