Mindful on Wall Street is pleased to welcome Dr. Jeremy Hunter for a very special FIVE part series focused on the necessary and immediately applicable internal skills leaders need to be effective in complex and unpredictable times. Jeremy's work redefines and enhances productivity by cultivating the quality of mind and the practice of mindfulness in action. How do we bring greater calm and clarity to solve challenging problems? How do we stay on target and find energy to keep moving ahead? How do we create positive options where none seem present? Jeremy will offer practical tools for personal mastery and discuss how to incorporate mindful strategies (for non-meditators and meditators alike) at work and home.
Jeremy is the founding director of the Executive Mind Leadership Institute at the Drucker School of Management of Claremont Graduate University, which is dedicated to helping leaders thrive by developing their capacity for sustainable and effective action. He has been voted Faculty of the Year 8 times by students and when faced with life-saving surgery 13 former students came forward as organ donors. He is also co-founder and partner at Transform LLC in Tokyo. Jeremy received a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago, under the direction of Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, author of Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience.
