How Mentoring Creates Inclusive Workplaces
In partnership with Deloitte, this Guider webinar will explore how mentoring supports inclusion, respect and belonging within organisations – leading to happier, more diverse workplaces.

We'll be discussing how this works in theory and in practice, with first hand experience from Deloitte on both running and being involved with mentoring to support D&I initiatives, including reverse mentoring.

Expect a number of learnings, challenges and tips from all sides of the mentoring relationship. With time for questions at the end, we hope this will be a hugely helpful session for anyone exploring mentoring to support inclusion in their business.
