Simplifying and Consolidating Your Financial Aid Communication
Financial aid communication can be difficult for schools to write and students to understand. Clarity is key. This webinar will show how students experience financial aid communication and provide practitioners with tips for simplifying the most important messages.

Practitioners will learn how to simplify and consolidate various steps of the financial aid communication and how to use important Federal Student Aid jargon without confusing students and their families. We will look at real-world examples of ‘before and after’ pieces of the financial aid communication, including FAFSA reminders, verification guidelines, and SAP appeals.
