Celebrate St. Paddy's Day with Rick in his favorite corners of the Emerald Isle. Traveling from Dingle to the Aran Islands to the coastal town of Kinsale (the self-proclaimed cuisine capital of Ireland), we'll get into the Irish spirit with Gaelic sports and great literature, cut some peat, and shiver to tales of Viking massacres. And throughout the evening, Rick will weave a medley of beloved Irish drinks into a three-course meal of barley to lubricate the gift of gab: roasted barley (Guinness beer), malted barley (Jameson Whiskey), and a dessert of cream, cocoa, and barley (Bailey's Irish Cream). (Be warned, the second showing may be an embarrassing mess.)
