Improving wait times on the phone

Please join us for the third in our series 'Helping patients to access care' on Monday, June 13 at 12:00-1:00pm. Exploring how different teams have approached improving wait times on the phone; reviewing what interventions they have tried at their site, what happened, and what they learned. All team members are encouraged to attend so that faculty, staff, and patient partners across our DFCM academic sites can share, reflect, and learn with each other.
