September 24 is Women's Health and Fitness Day. We invite all woman, and their loved ones, to come and challenge yourself to this Body Bootcamp. This class features a series of strength training exercises, using only your own body weight as resistance. No equipment necessary! A combination of cardio and strength training will help you build muscle, burn fat and strengthen your core which improves your posture. Exercises may include push-ups, wall-sits, squats, planks & more. At the end, the instructor will lead a cool down and stretch.
