Body Weight Bootcamp
September 24 is Women's Health and Fitness Day. We invite all woman, and their loved ones, to come and challenge yourself to this Body Bootcamp. This class features a series of strength training exercises, using only your own body weight as resistance. No equipment necessary! A combination of cardio and strength training will help you build muscle, burn fat and strengthen your core which improves your posture. Exercises may include push-ups, wall-sits, squats, planks & more. At the end, the instructor will lead a cool down and stretch.

Laura is an experienced Yoga Therapist, certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise instructor with more than 18 years of teaching experience. She specializes in mindful movement of the body and breath for everybody in a gentle, safe, non-competitive way. She loves inspiring her students to keep practicing and building functional strength. Laura's mission is to assist people in developing, reaching and maintaining their health and wellness goals.
