Mike is a telecommunications industry professional with over 30 years of experience in both equipment manufacturer and service provider positions. He has diverse telco equipment sales responsibilities, with a proven record of successfully managing sales relationships (Engineer to Executive) across multiple customers. He is responsible for business development activities that solve customer issues by transforming technologies into solutions. He also has extensive service provider network experience, including areas of OSP Planning and Engineering, Network Planning, loop electronics, new technology introduction, and IP network transformation. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) from Mississippi State University.

Scott has worked 20 years at New England Telephone / Bell Atlantic / Verizon in a variety of technical, management and training positions. While at Verizon, Scott designed and built state of the art training labs for the successful deployment of Verizon FiOS over multiple product platforms. For the past 12 years, Scott has been an integral member of Tellabs Broadband and Optical LAN teams. Scott sells and supports ROADM / DWDM, PON and many other Access products to Enterprise and Tier1 customers to enable greater Broadband speeds and coverage. Over the last 4 years, Scott has been supporting the Federal Government and large Tier1 customers with Network Modernization projects that include legacy Switch Collapse, Soft Switch migration, copper elimination and removal of legacy.
