Working in the manufacturing industry since the early 1980’s, Jeremy Phelps started his career in Engineering, experiencing operational and management challenges in both highly automated and completely manual production operations. Using this experience, it seemed completely natural in 2002 to move into technology lead transformation consulting, dealing with the challenges and lessons learned presented with complex business change. In 2016, recognising how innovation in digital technology needs industry to think differently, Jeremy joined SAP Value Engineering and is passionate about ensuring that industry fully appreciates and exploits the opportunity to become more effective, efficient and competitive.
