Universities will be using predicted (also known as calculated) grades rather than exam results to allocate places this year, for the first time ever. These grades will be released on Thursday 13 August, and will be based on your mock exams, coursework, teacher assessment and past performance at school. What does this mean for your chances of securing a place at your first choice university? Do you have questions about how your predicted grades are calculated, what you can do if you're unhappy with them, and how they're going to impact the admissions process? A range of universities will be providing you with updates directly from their admissions teams and answering all your questions too.
