As you're making adjustments to your workflows, you may be thinking about how to move processes like these online as quickly as possible: Emergency Contact Cards, Letters of Intent, Reasonable Assurance, Acceptable Use Policies, Permission Slips, Media Release Forms, or any Student and Employee waivers, consent forms, and agreements. We're here to help you achieve this by setting up your own Group Forms on Informed K12, which allow you to quickly send a form out to a list of recipients and track when employees or families complete or return the form. We'll be covering Routed Forms (which require multiple steps and recipients to approve a single form) in a future webinar.
