Ira Jain (Cofounder @Seikor)
Ira is a co-founder and director of Seikor, an industry mentoring and career solutions platform for students and early career professionals. Prior to setting up Seikor, Ira had 15 years of experience in the financial services industry across Singapore, Europe and UK. In her later years in finance, she set up Scandinavian business for BNP Paribas and made it a material revenue generating arm with ability to cross sell from other verticals within the organization. She had also led the Digitization program in response to the sudden change in operating environment of the bank&#39;s clients and regulations.  
 
She had been a elected representative to the HR-Business committee of BNP Paribas UK which steers organization policy on talent development &amp; retention, employee benefits &amp; career growth and workplace efficiencies. She also serves as an advisor within the Mayor of London and Reed partnership founded to increase employability of students in UK. She is an engineer and IIM Calcutta grad.

Gunjan Bhole (Consultant, Lifesciences @Cognizant Business Consulting)
Gunjan is a management professional with 5+ years of professional services industry experience. She has worked in the areas of IT strategy, RPA demand management, IT audits, IT policy reviews, business process analysis &amp; mapping, requirement analysis and user experience. During her tenure, she has worked for diverse clients across industries like technology, life sciences, hospitality and manufacturing.
