The Emerging Business Intelligence & Innovation (EBII) Group and the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford are pleased to announce the launch of a series of executive programmes under the “Africa Series” title due to launch on the 25th of February, 2021. The course includes modules on public and private investments, sustainable investments, digital finance, governance, and risk management. The course is targeted towards regulators, policymakers, investors, CEO’s and senior executives globally and hopes to teach them how to navigate the African investment landscape. This is especially important as the launch of the African Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA) which is set to encourage investments into the continent has also brought to the fore the need for firms and businesses to adopt best practice due diligence and compliance practices while appraising investment opportunities. This course, therefore, complements efforts being made by firms and governments on the continent to facilitate the ease of trading within the AfCFTA.
