Investment opportunities in Greece online discussion

An online discussion on investment opportunities in post-Brexit Greece in a range of highly attractive sectors, including real estate, shared service centres and alternative funds. A series of high profile investments in Greece were made in 2020, including Microsoft announcing plans to build a major data centre hub in the country and Volkswagen’s plans to create a smart, green Greek island. Most recently electric car manufacturer Next.e.GO Mobile SE announced it will begin producing electric cars in Greece.

Chaired by Anthee Carassava, Greece correspondent for The Times and contributor to the New York Times, the event will provide investors with the chance to hear from global companies that recently made major investments in Greece including Accenture and Radisson Hotel Group, who will outline upcoming opportunities and emerging trends.

The discussion will explore how the environment for doing business in Greece is changing, notably through government incentives to attract overseas investments, and where the best opportunities are for UK investors, followed by a discussion and opportunity to ask questions.
