We live in a data-driven world, and to manage growing data loads in our networks new technologies such as 400GE are necessary. Although 400GE is a welcome relief, the challenge is that it’s not the same old Ethernet and the differences matter. It uses a different modulation scheme (PAM4), forward error correction (FEC), different interfaces (e.g ZR), the optics run hotter, and so on. In this webinar we will highlight those differences in 400GE technology and how they impact 400GE testing. For example, given that there is no such thing as error-free 400GE transmission, what’s an acceptable error level? Please join this session to learn more about the innovations enabling 400GE and how they affect deployment.
