Action Research
This presentation will provide an overview of action research and address the value it makes possible.
Attendees will be invited to present issues from their own work so we may discuss applications of an action research approach.

Action research
is a mode of inquiry that directly addresses issues of practical concern.

Action researchers
see practitioners, such as community leaders, as partners in the inquiry process. They work collaboratively to identify solutions with real-world value. The goals of a project are to serve others and to disseminate the lessons learned.
