Sarah Quann
Director, Operations @Tree Canada
Sarah has been involved in the forest sector for over 10 years in both the academic and not-for-profit realms. She has a strong background in forest research having been involved in numerous projects across Canada including an examination of the effect of climate on white spruce growth in the Northwest Territories and tracking past spruce budworm outbreaks in Cape Breton. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Mount Allison University and a Master of Science in Geography from Carleton University, and has under her belt extensive working experience in program management and communications within the non-profit sector.
