She was nominated as one of the top 10 bartenders for the 2014, 2015 and 2016 "American Bartender of the Year" award at Tales of the cocktail and was named the "2014 Bartender of the Year" by the Village Voice. Additionally, she was named as one of Food & Wine Magazine's top 10 Rising Star Mixologists, an inductees to the "Dames Hall of Fame" in 2015 and one of Wine Enthusiast Magazine's "40 Under 40" in 2015. Pamela has a Master’s degree in Food Studies, with a concentration on spirits and alcohol, at NYU’s Steinhardt School and graduated the Beverage Alcohol Resources 5 day program earning top honors by passing the course "Bar Ready." Pamela has been featured in multiple publications including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, The Tasting Panel, Travel & Leisure, Bar Business Magazine, Lynnette Marrerro Stacey Swenson Stacey has been a part of the bar and restaurant industry for over 18 years and has established deep roots in the beverage world. Stacey began her New York career behind the bar at Booker & Dax and American Whiskey. In March of 2016 she made her move to Dante where soon she became their first Head Bartender. Stacey then oversaw a successful 18 month pop-up in Little Italy, Dante at Genuine and traveled all over the world leading several pop-ups for the brand. Throughout the years she has acquired a depth of knowledge about aperitivo culture, cocktails, spirits and embraced and promoted that passion throughout the industry. In October of 2019 Stacey left Dante to take over as Bar Director at Bar Pisellino until it shut in March due to the pandemic. Stacey is also a partner at Simple Serve, a drinks focused marketing collective comprised by some of the brightest minds in the bar and spirits industry. Here she takes charge of the company’s creative drinks strategy and logistics.
