Please note Florida Administrative Code 69B-228.100 states that students must complete a course in order to recieve certification and to receive CE credit.  Also, Florida Administrative Code 69B-228.080 defines a credit hour as 50 minutes of instruction time. Our webinar software monitors attendee attentiveness and engagement including but not limited to join and leave time, time in session, and interest rating.  Attendee reports are generated at the end of each webinar to verify attendance in order to receive CE credit.  If you minimize the presentation screen at any time during the webinar, you are at risk of reducing the total time documented as participating.  Anyone who does not complete the course, or does not participate for 50 minutes, will not be submitted for CE credit with Florida DFS, Division of Insurance Agent Services, or other licensing/continuing education agencies of other states.
