Timo will share insights into a 7-step co-design framework which he and his team have used successfully to empower vulnerable users and everyday citizens to design more user-friendly solutions. Webinar participants can expect to learn a step-by-step process to recruit, involve and empower people during a co-design session. Participants will also learn how co-design is used to discover new and innovative ideas and what you can do with these ideas.
Corinne will share how typical market research methods can be modified to facilitate co-design with people who aren’t designers (aka, your target audience). She’ll share tips and techniques for determining who should be involved in these sessions; designing iterative co-design approaches that take days instead of weeks; what you can and cannot expect from your target audience as you co-design; how to think about the right types of questions you will be asking; and how to use a strategic lens for interpretation of results.
