This class for active adults is aimed at improving functional mobility, movement strategies, and motor control. It is designed to improve overall fitness as a great addition to a current exercise program or to continue work once discharged from Physical Therapy. This is a low impact, moderately paced circuit training class to challenge and improve the individual's strength, endurance, balance, and coordination in functional movements. Agility, squat training, core stabilization, balance training, and plyometrics are included and modifications will be offered throughout to make it more or less challenging. Join me for a fun workout!
