On June 5th, the Washington Race Equity & Justice Initiative (REJI) invites you to an interactive webinar: Understanding & Addressing Implicit Bias to Advance Equity & Justice Work. This webinar will provide you a basic understanding of implicit bias and the brain science behind bias and will explore the personal development we must each engage in to bring us closer to race equity within our work. Participants will discuss how implicit racial biases arise within the course of our daily equity & justice work and will learn strategies for disrupting bias in order to shift organizational decision-making and culture towards equity. Speakers include Ada Shen-Jaffe and Omid Bagheri of JustLead Washington.
