Cooperative Extension in Indigenous Communities: Experiences of Extension Educators

During this webinar, Dr. Katie Hartmann from Iowa State University will discuss how Extension outreach is being done in Indigenous communities and how this work fits into the history and ideology of the Land Grant System. This presentation will include research findings about the Extension educators working in Indigenous communities today, including what they think makes them successful, the challenges that they face in their work, and their recommendations to to other educators interested in collaborating with Indigenous communities.
