The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Young Members Group (YMG) presents an international regional series of webinars that highlight the unique importance and efficiency ADR plays in allowing the world’s economy to remain operative during times of great economic uncertainty.

THE INDIA Series features four interactive sessions with diverse leading experts in arbitration and mediation.

Day 1 | Session 1:
The speakers will discuss recent trends and developments in International Arbitration in India - what we have seen in 2020, and what can be expected in 2021 and beyond. Construction Arbitration continues to pick up in India and abroad with Indian parties, which will form part of this discussion. Another important consideration would be diversity - women in arbitration and youth as arbitrators! Will the changes in the 2020 Ordinance pave way for expanding this ambit?
