Katia Stampfli-Ferraz, Deputy Consul General of Switzerland in Hong Kong has over 15 years’ of professional experience spanning from consultancy to finance and public administration. She has been with the Swiss Department of Foreign Affairs since 2015 and was posted in Bangladesh before moving to Hong Kong in 2019. She holds a master degree in Sociology and International Law from the University of Zurich, Switzerland and a MBA degree from HKUST.

Leonie Kelly-Farley has over 11 years' of professional experience spanning conservation finance, impact and sustainability consulting, and financial services, across Ireland, UK and Europe and Asia. Leonie was previously Head of Impact Investment at the Zoological Society of London where she was focused on developing conservation funding mechanisms to direct impact capital to help save species on the edge of extinction. At Deloitte LLP UK she worked principally across impact advisory and impact assurance. Leonie is a Fellow of the Finance Innovation Lab of London, and holds a Masters in Environment & Development from The London School of Economics & Political Science, and a BA in Economics & Geography from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.
Sabine Döbeli

Sabine Döbeli has worked in the field of sustainable finance for over 25 years in different roles. After building up Swiss Sustainable Finance (SSF), she took over the role as CEO of SSF in 2014. Previously, she was Head of Corporate Sustainability Management at Vontobel where she was responsible for coordinating sustainability topics at group level and for preparing sustainable investment services. At Zürcher Kantonalbank she built up the sustainability research unit within the financial analysis department and was involved in the launch of various sustainable investment products. Sabine holds a Masters in Environmental Sciences from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich and completed a post-graduate degree in business administration and marketing at the University of Basel. She is a member of the Advisory Committee on International Cooperation of the Swiss Federal Council, of the research advisory council of the Swiss Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN) and o
