Common Interest Communities Education Series: Condo 101

The session will cover tips on what to look for when buying into common interest communities and owners rights and responsibilities. New or future owners of common interest properties should attend to learn more about what it means to own one of these properties.

Registrants will be able to provide up to three questions using the registration form for inclusion in the discussion. Additional questions can be sent to housing@alexandriava.gov

Questions will be accepted through Friday, May 6.
