Her primary responsibility consists of providing exceptional underwriting support to WFG’s title agents within the Great Lakes Region and across the nation. Before joining WFG, Rachel spent many years handling complex pre-closing curative title matters at one of the nation’s largest title agents. Her experiences provide her with a unique look at the inner workings of a title agent, understanding the need to come up with creative solutions to close transactions on time at low risk to all parties involved. Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from James Madison College at Michigan State University and received her Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law. Born and raised in Michigan, Rachel resides in metro Detroit where she enjoys traveling, running, and Michigan State football and basketball. Tory Vincent (Michigan State Counsel & National Agency Counsel @WFG National Title Insurance Company) Tory Vincent is National Agency Counsel and Michigan State Counsel for WFG National Title Insurance Company. She worked as a clerk from the time she was in high school through law school at a full-service law firm while also volunteering with various legal aid organizations. She also interned for a term at the Third Judicial Circuit of Michigan. After law school, she started her title insurance career at a prominent national real estate title agency, assisting with residential pre-close title curative issues. Tory most recently served as an Associate Corporate Counsel, where she gained a direct perspective of what title agents need to thrive and succeed. That experience enabled her to focus on detail, timely and creative underwriting support, and balancing all parties’ interests in real estate transactions.
