While caring for an infant and adjusting to Motherhood, it can certainly be a challenge to nourish yourself with nutrient-dense foods. In this 60-minute session a registered Dietitian-Nutritionist will provide you with tips for optimizing nutrition to support lactation as well as postpartum recovery to support you throughout this important time.
