Bill Patchett

Mr. Patchett is the founder of the company and has served as CEO since 2008. Previously, he was Executive Director of Sales of MetTel, a Manhattan-based Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC). Under his leadership the P2 has grown into one the nation’s premier Master Agency’s supporting thousands of agents nationwide. As the CEO of P2 Business Solutions, William is responsible for evaluating and maintaining P2 Business Solutions strategic relationships with all of the companies cloud, mobility and telecommunications relationships. William is also Co-Founder of Technology Solutions Xchange (TSX) a consortium of master agents in the telecommunications and cloud space that offers its master agent members an expanded portfolio of connectivity, cloud, hosting, cybersecurity and IoT vendor solutions.
Donald Ochoa

Don Ochoa founded MACH Networks (originally Wireless Services Center) in 2008. Starting with a single round of seed funding, MACH Networks achieved profitability on 2012 and now provides fully managed LTE connectivity solutions to thousands of enterprise customers across the nation. MACH’s mission is to make it quick, easy and profitable for Service Providers, Agents and VARs to add LTE connectivity solutions to their portfolio. Our fully managed solutions are designed to provide reliable and cost-effective connectivity using enterprise class 4G LTE routers combined with service on the best available 4G LTE network and industry leading remote monitoring, management and ongoing technical support. Don is a veteran of the high performance computing industry and has served in key leadership roles at Cray Research, Intel Corporation, and 3Com Corporation where he successfully led business units with sites located in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Don holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics.
