Judge Shira A. Scheindlin is a retired United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, an arbitrator and mediator. She retired from the bench on April 29, 2016. Her greatest influence has been in the field of electronic discovery.
Ms. Blanca Martínez is a Mexican lawyer specializing in international arbitration, international trade law, public international law, as well as constitutional and administrative law.
Dr. Katherine Simpson, FCIArb is an international arbitrator based in the UK and US. She has served as a sole arbitrator in international commercial disputes and has participated in international commercial and investor-state cases chaired by Profs. Karl-Heinz Böckstiegel and William W. Park, among other leading arbitrators.
