7 Nights of Fitness for the family to build our bodies for the month of Fasting. A reminder from the book "Way to the Quran" by Khurram Murad to close each session and prepare our hearts for the month of the Quran.
Please come prepared with comfortable clothes, shoes, water, and some light weights. You may use cans/bottles instead of weights if you like.
Participation in the physical activity is voluntary and will be tailored to different levels (youth to seniors) but may pose a risk to certain individuals. We urge you to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before participating in any activity. You agree that by participating in physical exercise or training activities, you do so entirely at your own risk.
By submitting this form, you hereby acknowledge that you are aware of the risks of participating in a physical activity waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, property damages or which may hereafter occur to you and any participant in your household, a result of participation in said event. This release is intended to discharge in advance the Muslim Association of Canada, its officials, officers, employees, volunteers and agents from liability, even though that liability may arise out of perceived negligence on the part of persons mentioned above. It is understood that some recreational activities involve an element of risk or danger of accidents, and knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks. It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assignees.
