This series of webinars examines the current status of and challenges in fellowship training, including the application, interviewing and matching process, reporting program changes to the Fellowship Council, and Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs). There will also be a discussion on challenges facing fellows during their job search. This session is intended for Fellowship Program Directors, Associate Program Directors, Fellowship Coordinators and others who work closely with fellows. At the conclusion of this session, attendees will be able to:

•Describe reporting program changes to the Fellowship Council, EPAs, and assessments of fellows.
•Identify the Do’s and Don’ts of the application, interview and matching process, including matching process commitment dissolutions and matching process violations.
•Understand the challenges facing fellows in their job search
