Robert Morrison
Co-Head of Property, Partner

Robert Morrison is a founding Partner of Barwon Investment Partners and is joint head of Barwon’s property team. Robert is responsible for Barwon’s property investment activities including property funds, property advisory, product development and fund raising.
Prior to Barwon, Robert Morrison worked at AMP for a total of 21 years, including 16 years of investment management, specialising in property investment management. Rob was the Director of Property for AMP Capital and Henderson Global Investors, with responsibility for $11 billion of property portfolios, covering investing in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Robert also worked as a portfolio manager for property securities in AMP’s Equities Division
Robert is currently a Non-Executive Director of Ingenia (ASX: INA). Robert has previously been a Director of Mirvac Funds Management Ltd (ASX: MIX), the NZX listed Capital Property Trust, the Property Council of Australia and AMP Capital Investors Pty Ltd.
Robert holds an Honours Degree in Town and Regional Planning from Melbourne University and a Master’s Degree in Commerce from Melbourne University. Rob has completed the General Manager Program at Harvard Business School.

Tom Patrick
Head of Healthcare Property, Partner

Tom is a Partner of Barwon Investment Partners and the Head of Healthcare Property, focused on the management of Barwon’s property funds including the Barwon Healthcare Property Fund and Barwon Institutional Property Fund. Tom has been with Barwon for 7 years and is responsible for all aspects of the management of these funds including asset management, transactional activity, capital raising, investor relations, treasury and is directly responsible for managing a team of asset managers, investment managers and analysts.
