Good practice management is part of the foundation on which a long and successful legal career is built. It can lead to better client relationships, fewer claims and complaints, more billings, and less sleepless nights. In this webinar, the Director of Practice Management of the Law Society will discuss the seven C's of good practice management: competence, conflicts, calendaring, communication, contingency planning, consistency, and clear documentation.
Following that presentation, an outline of the practice management review program that was rolled out earlier this year will be provided and a panel of speakers consisting of the President of the Law Society, the Executive Director of the Law Society, and the Director of Practice Management will be available to answer any questions you have about the program.
