Mark Nahorniak
Operations & Innovation @Oxford Properties
When running buildings and exploring new technologies, often the integration of various systems are overlooked. My passion is to integrate new technologies with these goals in mind: - Building efficiencies which include energy and staffing; - Client comfort and efficiency; - Ease of use and engagement. With a multitude of systems and technologies available in today’s world, sometimes how we move forward with these systems becomes cloudy and research needs to be done in order to get it right. My experience as both a licensed Electrician and an Operations Manager allow me to walk in both the contractor and operations world at the same time to overcome obstacles. My passion for technology and advancement encourages me to look forward 10 years to create the roadmap that leads to the vision. The long term plan or goal is the adoption of new processes and technologies that must be adhered to in order to successfully achieve the realization of that vision.
