21st Annual CARRE Conference

For 21 years, the CARRE Conference has convened thought leaders working in the public, for-profit and not-for-profit sectors to explore the best policies and practices that address issues faced by people with arrest and conviction records. This year we are elevating and redefining reentry in ways that we have never done before by highlighting the Illinois Alliance for Reentry & Justice Reentry Guidelines and the Second Chance Act Public Health and Safety Act (bill # to be assigned). These guidelines and innovative legislation continue the Safer Foundation's commitment to our community centered holistic reentry approach developed through 50 years of on-the-ground practice.
