Chloe Newman is the owner, founder, and head-baker of Crust Worthy, a small-scale community-supported bakery in Pittsburgh, PA. Her baked goods are primarily sourdough-based, focusing also on whole grains, minimally-processed ingredients, and local, seasonal ingredients when possible.
