The 2018 CEIR study, “Attendee ROI Playbook,” is a seven-part series of reports that compiles responses from over 3,500 qualified attendees and about 20 exhibition organizers in the US and Canada. It explains why these professionals attend business-to-business trade shows (how they make their decisions to attend and evaluate their participation), what pre-show planning efforts and post-show tracking efforts they complete (how those efforts impact their evaluation of their participation in each event), and their plans for future trade show attendance.

This webinar will walk you through this study, highlighting the findings you may be most interested in and offering suggestions as to how both exhibitors and event organizers can apply this data to their own event efforts moving forward – considering all responses, and as done in the survey, also segmenting responses by generation, gender, and event size.
