We will be hosting an informational session on NEH’s new guidelines for our members via Zoom on Wednesday, April 22 from 1pm to 2pm. We will be joined by Tim Robison, director of congressional affairs at the NEH, and Jeff Hardwick, deputy director of the division of public programs at the NEH. After offering a brief analysis of the congressional rationale for including NEH funding in the CARES Act, they will offer insight into the new guidelines for those interested in applying for funds. There will be an opportunity for Q&A on the guidelines. NHA staff will conclude the session with a brief discussion on prospects for additional funding for the humanities sector to address the on-going crisis.
