Description: This 4-week series will involve 45-minutes of online instruction and a 15-minute weekly homework assignment using the Headspace app. The sessions are designed to move your personal practice to the next level. Participants will apply focused awareness to building safe and supportive relationships, strengthening co-regulation with others, and building interaction skills that support social competence and academic success. Credit hours will be awarded to participants who attend ALL 4 online sessions AND complete the survey at the end of each session.
